Your Responsibilities

Project management (planning, ordering, leading, and implementing investments and new jobs)
Prepare, process, and set up all equipment in production.
Actively monitor cycle times and work to optimize production and quality as much as possible.
Ensure that tools and fixtures are usable until the next job and be responsible for the setup room.
Report broken fixtures to planning.
Report machine status for preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.
Some measurement in the measuring room.
Be responsible for the startup of new jobs.
When called upon, participate with feedback in the calculation of new jobs.
Enhance personal skills development for workshop operators.
Teach best practices to help individuals achieve set goals.
Participate in quality meetings.
Close collaboration with the production manager, quality manager, and colleagues to find the best flows and conditions.

Start releasing jobs
Hand over jobs to production

Reporting Responsibility

Reports serious problems to the Quality Manager/Production Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone from the industrial sector with technical knowledge & the ability to program/set CNC machines. You have self-driven qualities, are used to working in teams, leading change initiatives, taking responsibility, and it is advantageous if you have knowledge and understanding of IATF or similar quality management systems. Furthermore, we see that you have production engineering knowledge with a focus on CNC, experience with machine technical investments, CNC experience with Fanuc control systems, robot experience (Yaskawa, Fanuc), Office skills & CAD + CAM skills (Edgecam required). We prefer candidates who can communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish & English.
